Shipping Cutoff Times and Delivery
We try and ship all orders the same business day but that is not a guarantee. We have grown so fast that there are times when it's not possible but we always do . We are on mountain time so please adjust accordingly. For same day shipping please use the cutoff times below. If your order comes in after these times it still may ship that day depending on how many other orders are in our cue. On days we run a special sale please add one more day to the shipping time.
Monday- 12pm est
Tuesday- 1pm est
Wednesday- 1pm est
Thursday- 1pm est
Friday- 12pm est
Orders placed after these times will ship the following business day. We are open Monday through Friday. While we are closed on Saturdays we can occasionally pay one of our employees to come in and ship emergency orders for $25. If you need to arrange this please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we have someone available to come in on their off day.

Domestic U.S. Orders- All orders will be sent a tracking number the moment a label is generated. You will have a few options for delivery at checkout.
International Orders- We ship international orders via USPS International Priority Mail (6-10 days). This ensures that you get your order in a timely manner and it also provides a tracking number for you. The rates are as follows:
European Countries- $26.95
Oceanian Countries- $39.95
Asian Countries- $54.95
African Countries- $54.95
If for any reason your shipping costs significantly exceed the costs above we will contact you via email to discuss your options. We are not responsible for any taxes or fee's your country charges on imports and exports. Any and all extra charges above and beyond what we charge for shipping is the customers sole responsibility. If you receive your items and are not happy with anything please use the directions below. We must stick to these policies below in order to maintain integrity and fairness for all our customers.
- Returns- If you receive your order and want to return anything you have seven calendar days from the day your order was delivered to your address for a full refund (less shipping) and/or fourteen calendar days from the day your order was delivered for a store credit and to notify us you will be doing so. If your order meets this criteria simply email us at email@example.com and put your order number as the subject and then include the tracking number for the return along with the reason you are returning. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Once we have replied to your email and authorized the return please print the email and put it in with your return so we can identify it when it arrives. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Your return will then be processed and refunded within seven calendar from the time we receive it in office. Please send your return to the address below.
- Exchanges- If you receive your order and want to exchange anything you have ten calendar days from the day your order was delivered to your address to notify us of your request. If you are within the ten days of delivery simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and put your order number as the subject and then include the tracking number for the exchange along with the reason you are returning and what you would like exchange for. All items must be in original condition and packaging. Once we have replied to your email and authorized the return please print the email and put in with your return so we can identify it when it arrives. We will then pack the exchange out and email you with the cost of shipping and send you an invoice accordingly.
Blemished or Broken Items
We do our best to catch these issues when shipping but when you hand count thousands of small items daily as we do it is very difficult to catch everything. Please hand inspect your items within ten days of the days you receive your order. If you find any issues please email us at email@example.com with your order number as the subject and pictures of the issue with the tracking number of the items you are sending to be replaced. We will then inspect the item(s) to verify the batch date is from your last order and that the manufacturing mark is ours. Once received we will replace the item with an identical match and send it out within 48 business hours.
